Ipoh Fu San Dim Sum..

Wat must you have in Ipoh?? hehe.. the first thing in my mind just one Fu San Dim Sum.. and thats where I headed once i am dere..this is one of my favorite yummy food.. i love the most. Wat I ordered? I ordered sui kao, siew mai, fishballs as well as chee cheong fan.. there are more but i am too full as well so jus makan a bit of this and tat.

1. Ha Kau

Ha Kau-

This ha kau is all wrapped in fresh prawns and hot and have a bit of some vege inside which taste nice. i really love the ha kau cause wrapping with prawns but not wif other likes pork.. full prawn.. and u bite in there are a bit of the watery prawns taste will flows to ur mouth.. yummy.

2. Fish Ball

-Fish Ball-

Fish Ball is just normal but the taste is also very very nice and yummy.. Besides that, the fish ball very nice where is because it has the “tan seng” dere..

3. Siew Mai

Not much to say.. jus a normal siew mai only.. so .. not much comments on them.

4. Char Siew Pau

Yummy Char Siew Pau.. the Cahr siew pau have lots of pork inside and the taste is nice.. yummy.. jus a bit tebal the skin..

5. Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun

Thats my favorite among all. the prawns is so fresh and the taste is supperb.. No comments.. just love it. Excellent taste.

New BT food Court near Jetty, Penang

Another New Place for my dinner. It is along the Jetty place after Shell. And turn to your right. You can see dem as the shop is just at the corner.

I am not that hungry as i had eat some pop corns and Sushi wif Chun in Queensbay. 😛 So wat i ordered for my Drinks. Is so long haven taken ambella sui phueh…is a combination of ambella as well as sui phui and de taste is realli nice .. cause both of it is a nice stuff to eat and is one of the famous drinks in penang.

What I ordered.. since i am not really hungry, i ordered Kapar .. is a type of seashell. Wat is so nice is the sea shell is fresh as well as one most important wif the Kam Heong flovour u will taste the the spicy of the sea shell and the taste is ichiban. Price is RM 10 Per plate

We also ordered another is Seafood Curry where there are combination of prawns, fish and sea shells. the curry is indeed very spicy. The price is RM 13

Dim Sum @ Maxim, Taman Pekaka, Penang

Morning.. Sunday.. thinking of having HK Chee CHeong Fun all of a sudden and at last went to .. Maxim @ Taman Pekaka, the same place wif Chao wang As well Jade Sea Palace. IF u go dere Saturday and Sunday, it is always packed wif people. Finding seats aladi took us about 5-10 minutes.

Wat i ordered ?? Many..

1. HK Chee Chenong Fun

The taste is fabulous is RM 3 and there are lots of big big prawns inside .. I think got 3 lo.. and the taste is fabolous.. and also is not that starchy.

2. Hah Kau

The Hah Kau is not made of meat but prawns as well.. No meat at all.. all pure prawns and when u put on ur mouth u can felt the juice from the prawn will be delighting u

3. Siew Mai

Not much to say. .. cause all Siew Mai is nearly the same.. nothing special

4. Fish Balls

Fish Balls is one of de a must yummy food in the shop. so, is also very delicious. Overall is yummy as well.

5. Siew Long Pau

This is a shanghai delicious.. and inside it has a bit og small prawns (ha mai) and need to eat wif ginger. This one is ok.. but i still love the one in Dragon – I

6.Pau

I love the Pau and there are many meat inside as well as the taste is yummy. Other than that, the skin is not that thick so u can feel eating the meat more than eating the skin..

Nothing special.. jus normal.. so for me.. is nothing realli nice on this one. :p

8. Sotong fish balls wif ginger

It is real nice and very special. Much recomended. If u are the fans of ginger it will be very nice.

Pulau Tikus Market Chee Cheong Fun

A rice noodle roll (also translated as steamed rice roll) is a Cantonese dish from southern China and Hong Kong, commonly served as a variety of dim sum. It is a thin roll made from a wide strip of Shahe fen (rice noodles), filled with shrimp, pork, vegetables, or other ingredients. Sweet soy sauce is poured over the dish upon serving. A very similar dish is the Vietnamese bánh cuốn.

The rice noodle sheets are made from a viscous mixture of rice flour and water. This liquid is poured onto a specially-made flat pan in which it is steamed to produce the square rice sheets. Chee cheong fun can be served with different flavour of sauce.

The one i love the most will be Pulau Tikus market one.. thats my love ones… of chee cheong fun
